Daniel Omans earned his Master of Social Work from Wayne State University in 2012. He began as a wilderness guide in 2004 and has since compiled significant experience with adolescents in residential settings. His MSW degree includes a concentration in family systems theory, and he has a rich breadth of experience working with families. Steeped in many clinical approaches, Daniel has cultivated a strong affinity for Post Induction Therapy (PIT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma Release Exercises (TRE). An avid runner, Dan shares his love of physical activity within his practice and periodically serves as SRA’s cross country coach. His free time is spent with his fiancée Tracy, his dog Taz, and Arizona’s beautiful recreation trails.
